Today I ordered the proofs of four of my books from Lulu to take advantage of the 15% rebate. Three of them are public, and one is private. Town, the private one, has 560 pages and the cost is 16.00€ - average cost of one page: 0.0286€ Among the public books, Grande grammaire has 748 pages, but costs less: 13.22€ - average cost of one page: 0.0177€ These two books are in the same format: 6x9 inches, soft cover. I can't explain myself this difference. I have added in red the number of pages in the screen capture of the order.

Maybe because the more pages a book has, the less per page it is.

Maybe because the more pages a book has, the less per page it is. A decreasing price? First time I hear of that, but it's a judicious idea.
