I keep writing them by email and keep getting the "this is now resolved" crap. It says resend if it isn't. Then they send another generic response "resolved." I've gotten seven in a row now. It's no wonder people are leaving them. Yelp was full of people saying lack of support after the update was why they'd left. So sad I really loved Lulu and tried to give them a chance. But if they won't even write back what's the point?

I personally don’t have problems in getting responses.

One way to ascertain your message arrived at the intended destination is USPS Priority Mail, which comes with tracking so you'll know when it was delivered. It costs more, but you'll know when the letter arrived.

Cameron, that’s a useful comment. Most postal services around the world have a “recorded delivery’ service.
I’ve found both the UK and now the Spanish companies do a grand job both in country and internationally.

For mail I want to make sure got where it was intended I started paying the extra amount years ago and it comes in handy. One example is a mortgage company with a different company handling payments which would delay recording payments received in order to charge a penalty fee. It's kind of difficult to justify the fee when the customer can prove the payment arrived days before the fee could be assessed [while also showing the processing company was deliberately holding onto payments making them appear late in order to make extra money].
Sometimes the simple solutions work fairly well.

I was asking about email contact only. Each email I send they send the same generic email saying this is now resolved. I respond to it like we did before that used to work. Still get another email same message. Does this three times before it stops. I just called their phone number. It's useless. Every time you select support it just disconnects you. There was though one message that gives their address which is something I asked in another place here. Here is what I got:
627 Davis Dr Ste 300 Morrisville, NC 27560

Aah. The magic of auto response.

I called multiple times yesterday. Today I called again within business hours. It says to reach support press "1" which I do. Then it just disconnects me. Same thing yesterday. So basically no support by email, phone, yelling, screaming, or wishing thinking. Cameron I just tried both of those numbers. First one just disconnected me after one ring. The second said the number is not in working order. The only one to work is the one I listed above which still disconnects after pressing 1. Seems lulu doesn't want help people. I don't see them keeping people much longer. Sad though.

There is no guarantee that it will be resolved, but often they do; at least they answer there.

Or, report your own books as hateful, racist, porn, whatever. Good luck.

Don't call or write to them anymore. Make yourself an unwanted plague. Pardon? Revelation 18. Metaphor. Not thinking about the Bible right now.

The reality is complaints to those two entities garner more public attention, which means there is more likely to be a somewhat quicker resolution.
The other option would be to have an attorney contact the company on your behalf.
