Hello, I retired the two books I published on Lulu, and I want to know how to collect the revenue that's just sitting there. Years ago, the money I made through Lulu would simply go directly into my account electronically (no check), but now it's not doing that. Yet my bank and PayPal information haven't changed. Lulu has changed a lot, so I'm guessing the process is either different or Lulu has lost my monetary account information. How do I find and fix the issue? I looked through my settings and still haven't got a clue. I'd really appreciate some assistance.
Thanks.

You can easily check your sales online and see monies due and earned.
Go to My Projects, Sales & Payments.
Even though you retired your projects you will still receive payment if a sale was made.
Go to My Projects and click the title for the project in which you wish to edit the payee information. Click Pricing and Payees in the project header. Scroll down to Payees for your book and click the Edit button to make your desired changes to the existing payee.

Thanks for the reply, Ken. I can't seem to find Pricing and Payees anywhere, not in Sales & Payments nor when I click the project title.

Yes, it’s a bit confusing. Apparently it is only visible for active projects.
I still think your best bet is to download the Sales CSV file.
Sorry, not to be more helpful.

I wasn't able to figure out how to get the money even before retiring the books, though, so it's not because I retired them. And I did try downloading the sales sheet, but there was nothing in there about how to get my money either.

Just a thought……. Try un retiring a book. Then during the revision you should be able to scroll down one of the pages in the project to find Pricing and Payees.
By the way some one else was complaining a few months ago about not getting paid and it turned out he had setup different payees on a project.
