My interest with Lulu and Print On Demand has always been on the technical side of publishing. I’m not a writer or author although I have written a number of books and magazines but on technical and engineering subjects not on story books or novels. My forte was on typesetting, layout and design using mainly Adobe products such as Pagemaker, InDesign and Photoshop. A recent question here recently sparked a new interest. An author had a query regarding making covers for comics where unlike for a normal book there is content on both the outside and inside of the cover. Lulu handles this in a different way to that for normal books. Having worked out to do I decided to create a short video as a tutorial for others who may encounter the problem. I found a new software program to make any such video. It is called Adobe Rush and is relatively easy to use. I also found a text to speech program, ttsmp3.com, which I used to create the sound tracks for the video, this again was simple to use and more importantly free of charge. The result can be seen as a YouTube film at www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggCoHg6Qpiw
