Although I quit Global Distribution several months ago, people continue to buy from outlets other than the Lulu Bookstore, and the royalties I get are too small. In particular I wonder why that LSI (Local Store Inventory) is allowed to sell my books? At least they have the honesty to pay me a fee, while with Amazon I often got zero on the sale of a copy.

The very nature of the Internet is that information can reside on different servers for years and years . Although you have instructed Lulu to quit Global Dist there is nothing that they can do to flush all previous data out of all the systems and caches. Just be pleased that you’re still receiving some revenue.

The fact remains that if these clients had bought my books from the Lulu bookstore, my royalties would have been the full Lulu ones.
