Would a proofreader need to know how to speak Tagalog? In the case of this book, definitely yes because the book is in English, but the quotations are in Tagalog. His name is Paul MORROW. For all I know those Nazi flag wavers were hired by interested parties to make the protests look Nazi-ish. Let's not be completely naive, trusting fools.
