All of my books are photobooks concerned with music, usually a few hundred pages of photos. A recent customer ordered five of them and they all arrived as negative images (apart from the covers), which struck me as a bizarre. Lulu sent replacements and they were also in negative form.
I have done all I can to check, by downloading both the print ready files and the source files, and they show a perfectly normal pdf. Apparently Lulu will be reaching out to me to correct the problem. Presumably the printer they're using has their settings wrong as I fail to see what else could be the problem, especially as these books have been selling for over ten years without this cropping up before. Has anyone else had this happen to them recently and if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks.

That it truly bizarre and I fail to see how it's even possible. Not actual true negatives anyway.
