MSWord has a feature where you can compare two documents, or versions of documents to see the differences between them. With a few mouse clicks you can set them side-by-side and scroll down through them, seeing the changes highlighted.
However, I see no feature where you can use the program to jump to the next change. Scrolling down manually through a 600-page document to spot each change is a very time-consuming proposition.
Can anyone
A) Tell me how to Jump to Next Change in MSWord; or
B) Recommend a simple file-compare utility that will do this?
It seems that using a massive program like MSWord is overkill for such a task.

Oh! Duhhh. I found it on Word 2007. Next to the "Compare" section of the menu bar there is a "Changes" section with "Previous" and "Next" buttons as plain as the nose on my face.
Still, it would be nice to have a simpler utility that just displays differences in any file type without the MSWord overhead.

That is a LOT to dig through. The chart on the Wikipedia link helps narrow it down a little.
Does anyone here have experience with any of them?
