I had to open six tickets. I publish them here, as well as the answers.
So, if you have the same question, you do not need to open a ticket too.
6. I am sorry, but I could not find the place in my account to change the currency. As you do not support CHF anymore, I should choose the most trustworthy currency between the remaining onces.

I would like to share the answer from Lulu's support, I got yesterday:
Your account has been registered with the EURO currency. A registered user cannot change the currency of their account. Only guest users have the possibility to switch the currency by using the dropdown at the bottom of the our pages.
I can do one change internally on your behalf if EURO is not relevant to you. We have USD, AUD, CAD, GBP, and EUR. What currency would you like to have for your account? You can let me know by replying to this email.

Thank you for the answer. But it contains a small error. The account was opened in CHF and when Lulu stopped offering CHF, it was converted to EUR by Lulu. But that doesn't change the fact that I can have the currency adjusted. Good news.
