Anyone else get this message after logging in to Lulu and trying to view the My Projects page? Been like this for two days now.

I haven't experienced that. Yet. Maybe it's a good sign? I check on my projects about twice per day just to see if things are straightened up but there has been no change since a minor one on 2 May.

Ditto on not receiving the internal server error.
The only change for me apart from cover thumbnails that were showing in my projects disappearing last week was a project magically reverting to draft status day before yesterday.

I am still getting the Internal Server Error message when I try to access My Projects. I can sign in to Lulu, but the My Projects page is inaccessible. I have raised a ticket with them, but no response to others I sent almost two weeks ago.

As for raising tickets, unless it's a new issue it's kind of pointless since support staff is likely working at consolidating the umptysquidlyzillion already raised by end-users who reported the same issues more than once.

Sure, I guess I have to wait to see what happens, like so many. I "may" have cracked the word to pdf problem of creating a 6 x 9 with fonts embedded that Lulu accepts (I downloaded pdf4free, which seems to work better than cutepdfwriter), so I wanted to try it out, vaguely excited Now I can't access My Projects

Yesterday all of my projects but two were fixed. The two I'd just published and they messed up. Today every single one of my projects is missing "all" info and set for private printing. I have one book missing off of Amazon already. Still no sign of a revenue report, everything that looked like it was being worked on is now gone. I can't publish, revise, sell,buy, or anything. I seriously have my doubts about getting paid this weekend. They say we are but again they said this would be fixed last Friday, then Sunday. Now it's worse and they are avoiding people. Between everyone's that leaving and the reputational damage I don't see them lasting much longer. Can't download my files so I can't go elsewhere. Years of work gone.

Lulu has stated very clearly that all of the files are backed up. Nothing is lost. Eventually we'll have access. They have also stated emphatically that payment information is intact and the fund disbursement will occur as it always has.

I am still getting the Internal Server Error message end-users who reported the same issues more than once. Yes, of course, I reported it more than once, as support closed it as resolved, but I get the Internal Error message still, every time with a new error number - not with projects, but with sales data. If I would believe the error message, Lulu had some staff just walking on wires.

Support told me: If no payment connection (Paypal or Check) is stored, the sales are not displayed, but an internal error with varying number.
(Bad luck for people outside the USA (no check) whose paypal account was blocked (no paypal). They cannot look up their sales data.)

You can log in, change the payee for every book, then write to Lulu Support and inform them so that they can pay you. Make a new Paypal account under your wife's name. Submit her W8-BEN.

I have four books in My Projects, but can't revise or buy them. Can't find them in the Lulu Bookstore, but the print versions are showing up on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
