Is anyone else experiencing weird adjustments to their interior PDF for print books? I have a 6x9 hardcover that printed fine before the update, but the edited file I've uploaded since keeps getting a big margin added to the bottom by Lulu while the text at the top is cut off. No matter how I adjust my margins before uploading to try and compensate for this, and no matter whether I use the full bleed page size (6.25 x 9.25) or the standard 6x9, it still gets cropped by whatever Lulu's "normalizer" is doing to it. Am I the only one?
After weeks of failed attempts to contact them via phone or chat or get my emails answered with anything other than a stock reply, I'm ready to switch to B&N Press. I've even wasted money on a proof just to confirm that my file with plenty of margin space will in fact print with the text cropped. It's especially frustrating because I've had good results with Lulu in the past and took preorders for the book on the basis of that, but lately they're a disaster.
I expect delays and sparse customer service during the pandemic but if they can't provide any customer support at all they should probably shut down until they've sorted it out.

For whatever it's worth, the following was in the copy / paste reply I got from Lulu Press Support.
"As an alternative way to report select issues, we’ve added a Google form to our Resource Center to expedite some cases (check out the bottom right question mark on the screen when you’re logged in). If your issue type is one listed, feel free to submit it here as we’re able to handle these specific problems a bit more quickly."
