Changed password for about the three hundreth time and losing patience. Resonses from admins are always auto response, even when using question mark facility. Tried unsaving my password on browser. I've actually tried three browsers, but no luck. Still no sign of my new book on Kindle after about six weeks. Reader are enquiring about the book and I'm losing money. No sales data and I'm unable to complete my tax form. Grrr... The last update Lulu Press made about the upgrade was essentially saying all system issues have been resolved, so they're now handling cases like yours on a case-by-case basis.
They do appreciate your patience for however many more weeks it takes though you can enter a help ticket or use live chat if you're experiencing problems.

From yesterday, I can now access My Projects. But guess what? No projects showing. Just a message (after I have been publishing books with Lulu for 12 years) stating that I "haven't started any projects yet." I've raised this issue using the blue question mark. No response yet. I will note that my books are showing ok in the Lulu bookstore. By the way, Live Chat keeps being mentioned as being up and running within office hours. I can't see any way of accessing Live Chat. The link at the bottom of the page doesn't work, just returns to the same page.

Yeah, at present I'm down to seeing I need to buy a proof I bought a couple years ago and on distribution [projects already approved before the Lulu Press downgrade started] checking the keywords and setting prices for various markets, either of which is likely to force me to buy a proof as the software is buggy. Still waiting to see sales, which might be tomorrow or sometime next month.
If I have to learn new software I'll do it where anyone buying a print version of one of my books can get the best deal possible which isn't Lulu Press.
I get why some people might not want to do that [format choices unavailable elsewhere and so on], but essentially six weeks into what was supposed to be a weekend platform changeover [kind of like heading out on the S.S. Minnow for a three-hour cruise with the Skipper and Gilligan] the options are wait for Lulu Press to get a clue and fix its platform or find a viable alternative.
Hearing a mouthpiece blathering thank you for your patience while we fumble around and maybe someday figure it out has worn thin in my case.

After years of formatting book files to Lulu specifications, and they used to print perfectly, my books now are second-rate merchandise ... because ...: "Please note that if your file size is not prepared to full bleed specifications, Lulu must add a white margin around the outer edge of your pages to allow for proper trimming. For content that includes color or images to the edge of the page, this may result in undesirable white borders." No - I won't re-do all my books. The 'old' uploaded PDFs now do not fit the 'new' templates. [insert a few four-letter-words of your choice].

That was on the update on FB I think. I used it twice and had some luck. But now no one answers. I had two books published right before the update, still not on Amazon. One is on Barnes only. The other is on Apple and Barnes. Five more days will be two months. I just published a paperback and now learned they aren't sending it out until the end of June? So probably three months to get the book out for sale? Lulu is sinking fast and they can't even see it. At least when the U.S.S. Minnow crashed ashore there was MaryAnn. Here's it nothing LOL
