"We have to take a few extra steps to get calendar creation up and running the way we want it to work. At the moment, you won’t be able to create a new calendar and all existing calendars are unavailable on our bookstore. Don’t worry though! This is a very temporary measure while we get our new and improved calendar creation process fine-tuned. Look for these new options very soon!"
This information is relatively well hidden there. Therefore the question about the calendars uaf facebook was raised again and again. Since the questions - and especially the answers from the community are regularly deleted there, I'm opening a thread on the topic here.
So we can collect all information about calendars here and keep them as long as we think it's important (nothing is deleted in the forum, except for illegal content or violations of the terms and conditions of Proboards; calendars are considered completely harmless).

I tried chatting with support yesterday but they refused to give me any idea of time frame - could be years, months, days, no idea at all how much longer the wait will be.
A week later was still no answer and she asked in an other now by Lulu deleted comment: Any update on when calendars will be available again?

Chuck Gackstetter wrote on or soon after May 26th in a now by Lulu deleted comment: I've been spending about $400 bucks a year for the last ten years making calendars through your site. Now you no longer want my money and don't make calendars anymore I'm really excited about that!!!!!
Gurki Bär answered: In April, when Lulu started this just-over-the-weekend-update, we were told: "We have to take a few extra steps to get calendar creation up and running the way we want it to work. At the moment, you won’t be able to create a new calendar and all existing calendars are unavailable on our bookstore. Don’t worry though! This is a very temporary measure while we get our new and improved calendar creation process fine-tuned. Look for these new options very soon! "
That means, once the update/migration has finished, if Lulu then still exists, they want to bring the calenders back "very soon".
As the two-day-update now takes about two month, it's not clear, if very soon is in July 2020 or July 2037.
Leah Lesesne asked again: Any update on when calendars will be available again?
And still no answer from Lulu - to be honest, Lulu does not comment comments at their facebook page, but just delete them after some days.

CALENDARS AND THE CALENDAR CREATOR We have to take a few extra steps to get calendar creation up and running. We have not removed or deleted any calendars - they’re all in our database and will be visible once the new calendar creation tool is available.
Leah Lesesne asked: Ballpark time frame on calendars? Can ones that already exist be purchased while the new creator is in progress?
And Sarah L Jones asked: Yes....calendar update please! All mine are gone as well. Also, will there be a spotlight page again?
and some hours later: I have unpaid revenue from my calendars and its just gone from my account at all (as if I had no sales!)
No answer from Lulu until the tread of May 29th was deleted.

If it's not back this month I will consider another website for my calendars printing - I cannot leave my clients without the calendars this year. If people can recommend here other websites for the calendars it would be great - maybe it will motivate lulu to give back this feature sooner and provide the ETA when it will be back. Total unrespect to their customers keeping us in the dark and not letting us know when it will be back.
Andrew Flindall answered: I think they're still trying to decide if they've got a future...
Their communication's been poor throughout but they were clear that some things were part of a second phase. Or perhaps third phase as blactivism and censorship appear to be the next priority...

Well, Lulu workers are human. And that person's post sounds racist.

It's on you to compare: sizes, prices, conditions, etc.

Vistaprint is superb. They even provide the first 150 business cards free. Excellent product, great delivery. Zazzle I tried. Kind of too busy for me and I got a ton of promotional emails afterward. I did not order though I did create some mugs there. Tax forms if you want to sell are almost impossible to complete. Everything should be digital. Like KDP.

Wow, I hadn't noticed they were deleting my comments. I've been searching weeks nows for another POD/drop ship option for calendars and can't find any. The list above is ok for some uses, but not POD/drop ship. I don't see calendars offered anywhere on Redbubble. At this point I think we have better chances of KDP expanding to calendars before Lulu gets them up and running again

I just sent an email to KDP begging them to offer calendars. Maybe if enough of us contact them they will consider it.

Gooten is the only other print on demand/drop ship option I've found for calendars but their base shipping cost is $10 - I'd have to charge at least $20 a calendar just to cover costs with no profit. www.gooten.com/products/wall-calendars

Vistaprint does not offer drop shipping. They are fine if you want to order a bunch and manage order processing yourself, but not if you want to do print on demand with drop shipping. If you're ordering an inventory of calendars to ship yourself there are tons of options out there.

Click My Account > Order Status. Click the Edit Shipping Address link below the current Shipping Address on file.
How about?:

My vocabulary has certainly expanded on this site. I found another new word I had never heard of before blacktivism-----"Blacktivist---A black activist, chiefly in matters of race or civil rights." Wiktionary, the free dictionary.
