It seems that we all got paid today
Although my pay was more than last month, I did do a major (for me) book launch with a new website, interviews and loads of Facebook activity. So I did expect to earn more.
But I have no way of knowing how many books sold where!
So I am interested to know if your sales revenue was as expected,
or is it still much less that before the monumentally inept website upgrade?

I did get paid also and around $30 plus more than last month. Although I remember them saying that we might get paid twice I think some left over from before the update? I got one and then another very small one with seemed to be from Lulu sales?

I got paid too. Still no sales data showing. I have a few textbooks that normally get ordered in great numbers at this time of academic year. I would say that the amount is one tenth of the usual. Is it Lulu? Is it the confinement and distant learning? Not sure but I would have had a better idea with the sales data displayed!

I am so glad to see that others got paid. I received payment too but I thought it was a scam to get into my paypal account, so I changed my password in paypal. However when I went into paypal the money was there. I went to Lulu to find out which books had sold but found no record of sales. Surely Lulu has to tell us which of our books are selling.

I was paid a pittance that no way reflected the sales on Amazon. My revenue for April was zero, but nobody at Lulu will respond. My revenue has dropped drastically in the last few months and whilst it may be down to lack of sales, I doubt it. Still no way to check sales and all of my books bar one showing pending. Bloody disgrace.

We did not all get paid. I have received nothing in my Paypal account from Lulu, despite several sales showing for May, and I know there were some in April. I have raised a support ticket, but have had no human response to any I have raised since the beginning of May. And there are no book projects showing when I access the My Projects page. Just a message saying I haven't started any projects yet. I have published several books with Lulu since 2008; they are all showing in the bookstore. So after six weeks, it's still all f****d up.

Further to this, I have just checked my account with Lulu. Get this for monumental incompetence. On June 17th, they have sent me a payment at Paypal to a long since (several years) defunct email address for my account, instead of the correct gmail one I have been using for Paypal (and have been receiving creator revenue from Lulu) for several years. So no money has gone into my Paypal account. I have used the blue question mark form highlighting this, and raised a support ticket, so I'll just have to wait and see whether they correct this.

A couple of years ago, I decided to give all my royalties to a niece. Whenever Lulu credits her Paypal account, she immediately informs me of the amount she's received. This time she hasn't mailed me any report. This could mean none of my books was bought in May. I won't be able to check it until Lulu has restored the display of sales.

Consider this, my book shows on Amazon as "Best Seller" in its category and yet I have not received the usual sales royalties expected for this time of year. Needless to say, my trust in Lulu is rapidly disappearing.

Yes, I was paid royalties for May 2020 on 2020-06-17. My niece sent me the news today (2020-06-19): "Lulu Press, Inc. vous a envoyé 18,00 EUR." Not much, but better than nothing.

That "check back soon" banner has been up for weeks. Someone needs some education on the generally accepted definition of "soon".

Chambers Dictionary defines "soon" as: "adv. immediately or in a short time: without delay: early: readily: willingly etc."
Unfortunately, charlatans in the business world have hijacked the word to mean the opposite. How often, for example, does one phone a company only to be greeted by a recorded message, "Your call is important to us and will be answered as soon as possible".
