Hey JesusNinja, in a different chat, you gave me this advice, but I don't understand what you are telling me to do. I've been hoping you'd help me understand what you're telling me to do. I figured you didn't see my response because you're a Moderator and have a LOT of chats to look over. So, I just thought I'd ask you here. Hope that's okay. It was much simpler on the old site and you could delete the old versions. Don't go through the wizard to approve the book, just click on the very last page and you should be able to approve there at the bottom." I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by, "Don't go through the wizard to approve the book, just click on the very last page and you should be able to approve there at the bottom." It only lets me open the Version 4. Version 1 is the original that needs to be approved. Their website is so messed up now. When I click on my book, it takes me to the page that shows all the versions. I can't select any of them. I only have the option at the top to Revise Version 4. This is so ridiculous. I don't know what to do and I have yet to receive a response from Lulu.

What I meant was that if you are doing a revision, you only needed to click on the page concerning what you are changing. Not have to go through each one. To approve a book you should be able to click on "Projects" then scroll down to your book's link. Look to the right where it says retire or revise. There should be an option to approve the print. That is where it was last time I have to approve a print. They've moved to the books actual link now. Little more confusion. To my understanding unless you approve revision 4, the first one is the one that get sent out for sell. Let me know if that worked.

Hallo, If we start to revise an Ebook but then decide not to go ahead, is there a way to discard the incomplete revision? Also, how long does it take before a project that is approved appears in the Lulu bookstore and in the author's list of works?

Submitting a ticket to Lulu Press Support would be one way to get rid of an unwanted incomplete revision.
Approved projects tend to appear in the Lulu Press bookstore right away, and by extension should appear in an author's list of work relatively quickly.

It's a long while since I did it, but as far as I recall you can just delete incomplete projects, but I am not sure about deleting incomplete revisions of an existing item, but until it is completed and 'activated' it has no effect on the existing project. The options available usually appear in your list of Projects and/or when you click on a Project.
