In the spring we were repeatedly concerned about Lulu's reputation here. Some of us were also surprised that the disaster of that time made few waves outside of Lulu's Facebook page (where everything was deleted again) and here in the forum. Someone wrote here about a video that was not allowed to appear - but I couldn't find the post anymore.
Later on, there were complaints to the Better Business Bureau, TrustPilot, RipOffReport and ConsumerAffairs, which was probably more annoying for Lulu, because these are reputable sites and the stars are falling over time. And you can't appease angry customers with words for such a long time.
