A chunk of my income is from the sale of PDF image and photo books. They don't convert well to ePub without a lot of extra coding and most of my clients prefer the PDF format since it's more universal. Recently I tried adding a new product only to find Lulu doesn't accept PDF ebooks anymore. I tried submitting a support ticket over a week ago and no response. I'm guessing I'm just out of luck and will have to find other outlets, but hoping Lulu will recognize this error and reconsider. Anyone else have this problem?

Support will take awhile to respond. They are overwhelmed still after months of this disaster. Not sure about the PDF's, they allowed them for years. I don't use them though, people take them and upload them to pirate sites.

I don't use them though, people take them and upload them to pirate sites. So that's how the pirates steal our books. " Piracy is an act of robbery or criminal violence ---typically with the goal of stealing ---once pirates were caught, justice was meted out in a summary fashion, and many ended their lives by "dancing the hempen jig", a euphemism for hanging. Piracy is an act of robbery or criminal violence by --- attackers ----typically with the goal of stealing-- (wikipedia) I'm not advocating hanging for book stealing but they certainly need to be wiped off the face of the internet.

Turns out the error was on my part. By default, ebooks are setup for global distribution, which does not take PDF files. I have to check "Lulu only" sales, and then PDFs are back in business. It did take a while to hear back from Lulu support, but they supplied the answer.
