Hi,
I have a few questions about a project I intend to fulfil through lulu in the future. I've tried contacting their support but they seem a bit busy at the moment.
I will be collecting orders through an external website and I was wondering if there was a way to import orders through a CSV file to lulu.com so I can pay for printing/shipping all at once to different locations. My other option is to use the lulu express Shopify app and import orders through the Shopify store, but then I would miss out on the discount codes offered on lulu.com.
I was also wondering if we can expect lulu's shipping costs to change over the next year or so, as their shipping costs remaining fairly consistent across all countries is something I'd require to provide 'free shipping' to my customers.

There are bulkk discounts, starting at 30 items. Probabely only if they are sent to the same address. For further information, you should call them or contact support :-(
I don't know if you can benefit from the coupons there to finance free shipping with the price difference. But they promise more competitive prices (I hope for you that this not only starting from 30 books.). If this is a way, you'll probably have to read up on the given page. (I haven't used this yet).
