Sometimes when I use quick reply and press "post quick reply." It doesn't work! At first I thought I was pressing "reply" so I was careful to click "post quick reply" and it still didn't show. Anyone else had this problem?

It's happened to me a couple times, I assume it's the ghost in the machine.
