I approved a proof copy today and shortly thereafter I got the green check mark for it being approved for distribution. Yay! However, when I look at the project it shows Private Access instead of General Access like my other books. Also, the title does not show in the Bookstore. I looked all through the revise functions and can't seem to find a button to click to turn on General Access. Is something automatic that just takes time or does it have to be done manually by Lulu staff when they get into the office next week?

There are two places in the wizard where you set the distribution to where you want it. I think it's set to private on the last one to protect you. You'll need to go into the project and double check I think in Copyright section and maybe the review section. There should be options settings on those two. Just change it from private to general or global.

I just checked on it, look on the "Create" page at the bottom to make sure it's selected correctly. Then on the "Review" page near the bottom for the correct distribution settings there. Then confirm. If you don't change anything with the cover or interior you should not have any problem having to get new proof. It's not showing in the store because it's set to private in the settings. Check on the review page at the bottom.

Bingo! Thank you, Ninja! Yes, the selection button is at the bottom of the Review tab, the one tab I didn't look at for fear I'd screw it up.
Of course now, my nice green check mark has turned purple for Distribution Review Pending, but I suppose it will switch back to green at some point. Right? Right? hee hee
