It is working. Not sure it actually helps anything though. But you can go log in and see all of your requests and see if they are "Pending" "Resolved" or "In Order." The log in info is the same as your account info. Choose customer not agent. I assumed since we used the site to work on we are agents and could not log in.

Definitely doesn't help anything. My ticket sat as "Open" for six days before they finally decided to respond to a question that should have taken them five minutes to reply to. Unlike Draft2Digital's customer service team, who literally did reply within 5 minutes of me submitting a question. I will be SO glad to cut all ties with Lulu and move to D2D hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks as soon as all my books are de-listed from all distributors. Receiving my pathetic revenues from Lulu today because of them removing all of my books for MONTHS has solidified my decision to leave.

Yeah I still have six books missing from Scribd. It's been three months now. One of their support told me at least six weeks ago he'd get them put back up. Nothing...Then a second support person told me send her the ISBN's so I did. Still not up yet. Them now charging for all new ebooks is a real turn off. No one else does that. Between the site crash, books missing, and now that it's really hard to want to stay. I don't know who's running the place but I'd be doing things to get people to stay not run them off.

Ui, ui ui, JesusNinja . The customer portal is is a very dangerous site. I have found the following: A ticket opened on 28 December 2020, closed without reply on 12 February 2021. A ticket opened on 30 July 2020, automatically closed. I wrote back, please answer the question, auto-replay does not help in that case. Ticket was not reopened. Have now requested it again. Should I look further and report back? There was still an unanswered ticket from July 2020, asking to reopen an old unanswered ticket from May 2020. Already there (in May) I replied twice to auto replay, to no avail. I discovered nine never solved tickets with remaining issues. Thanks to the customer portal, I could reopen them even after 10 month. There is a good reason why I recently gave someone here the tip to note down the date and ticket number. I didn't always do that last summer and apparently....
