Since the reports here about Canvas are not particularly exhilarating: I take a template (e.g. from Lulu or IngramSpark) and open it in Gimp (Photoshop, etc. also works, of course). Then I create one or more new layers for my cover. At the end, I hide the template and generate the PDF. |
