One of my book was bought twice in Canada. One earned me 10.14€, the other 0.00€! How odd!

! What is really surprising is that it actually sold through Lulu! Perhaps the $0 entry was a mistake, corrected by the second entry? Things like this are troubling.

I took all my books off global as I lost too much. I think its unfair for a 3rd party to get the print cost profit while I get the sometimes pennies that are left. The only way to combat this is the price it 3 times as much, but then who will buy it? I loved the discount lulu used to let you do, because you could price it higher at the 3rd party stores and keep your price lower.

What are "followers"? Is that a FacePlant thing? I advertize my books on FaceBook. People interested in them follow me waiting for my new titles or for updated versions. I suppose the grapevine that it generates contributes to their commercialization. Why are you so ironic?

Today (2021-04-05) I have placed a complaint ticket with Lulu about those copies bought that earn no royalties.

Since Lulu no longer makes the suggestion page publicly available, you can suggest whatever you want. There is no answer. No one sees the suggestion, no one can support it. No one knows whether something has been suggested once or a thousand times.
I have opened tickets twice because the suggestions can no longer be viewed. At the time, the no more public suggestions were introduced in summer 2020 so that the suggestion system would not be abused for error messages when support was overloaded. But after a year, that should no longer be necessary.
It would be very interesting to see how many people have suggested the re-introduction of the discount.

Using the Lulu facility that makes it possible to see which royalties are pending payment for a single title, I discovered that for Ancient Beliefs and Customs of the Tagalogs, that sells well, my overdue royalties started with an Amazon sale to a customer in the USA on the 3rd of October 2020. I'm flabbergasted! At the present moment I think I am owed between 300€ and 400€.

I’m confused as to how you reach that owed figure. Perhaps you can explain. The snapshot shows the Amazon selling price. Based on the page count, colour and binding there doesn’t appear to be any margin for you. The $38.90 is all Amazon and Lulu’s. As I said, I’m confused.

When the book is sold by Lulu, I get 10€ +; when it is sold by Amazon, I get 2.50€ +. In the 5-months' list of still unpaid royalties, many have 00€ for my royalties whether the copy is sold by Lulu or Amazon. If you have a look at my initial post at the beginning of this thread, you'll see that of two copies sold in Canada, only one brings me royalties. All this is abnormal. The number of copies sold that generated no profit instead of 10€+ is between 30 and 40, so the sum owed should be is between 300€ and 400€.

Potet, PLEASE let us know what Lulu has to say about this when you can shake them out of their stupor.
This is a serious issue!

Sherman of Lulu kindly answered today (2021-04-07). He noticed there are two payees - A (yours truly) that gets 0% and another, B (a niece of mine), that gets 100%. It was a decision of mine I made some years ago. This doesn't explain why no royalties show up for some copies. I asked Sherman why, and joined the screen capture below as a sample, which I think clearly shows where lies the problem. NON "no" here means the copy was not bought by the author (me). As you can see these copies were bought (by third parties) through Amazon in the US and Canada.

Where are you viewing these figures? Are you downloading the full CSV report and parsing that?
What does the Paid(y/n) column show?
