Strangely, I always have to request a new password. Is this because of Lulu or my password manager? At least in other places, the password manager works fine. When I request a new password, I immediately get a mail with a link that doesn't work: %7B%7BBpassword_reset_url%7D%7DThis is a more than strange URL. Each time I have to write to support and each time they manually send me a password reset link. Every time, tomorrow probably the 5th or 6th time....
Maybe it would be easier to adapt the template for the automatic mail.
And between you and me, yes, I don't use Microsoft software, but nothing exotic. Firefox as a browser (No. 4 worldwide) is relatively widespread, also Thunderbird (No. 3) as a mail programme.

I quite often have a message flash up asking if I want to change my password, I always ignore it.
I haven’t ascertained whether it’s a Lulu thing or Internet provider one.

You may be encountering an occurrence of a Password Checkup technology fix which Lulu may have or may not have implemented.
For users encountering this on Microsoft Windows (not Ben) they may just need to clear caches and modify the password manager settings.

My question is, "Why is it only UK and European customers who experience these login/password issues?" I've never had a single hiccup from North America. (Hope I didn't jinx myself with that.)
You do realize you have to click on that Username line 3 times before it turns red, right? IF you start typing before that happens it will only take the first few letters of your username.

Why do we have to wait for it to be red before we can sign in? I don't have to do that anywhere else.

I'm in New Zealand and have the same password problem.

I got lovely help from support, but unfortunately not, how to reset the password, but how to log-in with a lot of screen shots - nearly one of potet 's photo novels ;-)
Let's try again. Maybe it works the second time: Oh, thanks to Mag2024 , I moved three books to IngramSpark during the promotion period in autumn 2020 and again three during the promotion period in early spring this year. Six more books whose margin is no longer shared with Lulu.

I don't know if they're stepping up their distribution game or others are adding Espresso machines but my sales have tripled the last two months. Have you seen a difference?

Have you seen a difference? No, I have not observed anything like that. But firstly, the books are not in English, secondly, some of them have only been available for a few days and thirdly, I haven't advertised them much yet.

It takes time to get into all distribution channels.

Lulu is using a Captcha puzzle at login. If you don't do the puzzle then sometimes you get the wrong password message. If you click out it same thing.

Lulu is not doing well at all.
