Anyone know how to get a response? I submitted a support ticket and then after no response I 'reopened' it again 11 days ago. Still no reply. The problem... I'd received a revenue check that arrived at my address. The check says it is void after 90 days. Problem is, the check arrived at my address AFTER the 90 day period void period! So the check is useless. I hope someone at Lulu is acting to remedy this but with their absent response who knows. it's not looking promising at the moment. Not a good look Lulu.

Try Snail Mail. That always works.

I'm still waiting for responses for four problems I have. Got one response for one but it's months now still not fixed. Sad because Lulu used to have great support.

I get paid by Lulu on my PayPal account. Thanks for the replies. Potet, I'm in NZ and they've previously advised me that they don't pay into an account to here - only by check. Frustrating thing is that their support blurb says not to 'reopen' a support ticket as the wait will start from square one again. I commented on my first support ticket after no response asking if it was in hand and it immediately classed the ticket as 'reopened'. That was 12 days ago. Still waiting and don't want to contact and have it 'reopened' again with further wait. Very poor system - or one to discourage investigation!

That is strange that in New Zealand Lulu won't pay into your Paypal account macrae because according to them "Lulu pays creator revenues by either check or directly into a PayPal account, as defined in the Pricing & Payees section of your project."

Thanks for the reply Larika. My payment request in the past had been for them to transfer revenues into my bank account here. They advised they can't do that. Don't know why. Not sure how a Paypal account works. I guess they charge a fee? And how do you access your money if you want the cash?

That was 12 days ago. Still waiting and don't want to contact and have it 'reopened' again with further wait. Very poor system - or one to discourage investigation! When I need an answer fast, I answer to the ticket once a week, just asking until when I may suspect an answer. Usually that helped. I'm still waiting for responses for four problems I have. Got one response for one but it's months now still not fixed. Sad because Lulu used to have great support. I forgot a ticket they forgot too. When I asked until when they will answer, I got an answer within some days - after (if I remember well) let's say about 328 days.
(if you are interested in the exact number, you may do some search here in the forum)

I trust Paypal and have recommended it to my relatives.

Larika there is a run around to using PayPal on Amazon. I've not tried it yet but know some that did. If you have the PayPal cash card that is like a check card connected to your PayPal account use that like a credit card on Amazon. See if that works.

It's free to use. Then just connect a bank account with it and then you can use PayPal for purchases world wide. You can also get paid or keep money in the account just like a bank. Or even transfer money from there to the bank or vise versa. When you use PayPal for buy something all they get is your email address. No credit card numbers or bank account numbers. I have used it for years.

It's similar to a bank. But not a bank. Accordingly, there is no account number, but you use your email address. Moreover, Paypal is not subject to the strict state regulations of banks. You can deposit a bank account and then have the money paid out to this bank account. This is highly recommended because Paypal can block your account without warning. I know of an Australian company that was accused of money laundering, even though every payment was proven to be of legal origin. After three months, they called in the Australian Financial Supervisory Authority and four other months later (with some help of the Authority) the account was unblocked without comment. That's why I would only use Paypal as a means of transport if I couldn't do it any other way, but never store money there - even if it is convenient. As long as it works.

Paypal has been very good to me especially in disputes. My latest dispute was with the company "Wish". I bought a Jesus T shirt from them dor £28 for my daughters partner Btian who is a Catholic. Anyway the last day it was supposed to arrive came and still Brian hadn't received his T shirt. Meanwhile I received an email from the delivery company saying the T shrt had been delivered and included was a photo. I sent it to Brian but he couldn't recognise the place. I tried to contact the delivery service but had no luck. I also had no luck with Wish. I tried several times with both companies but was unable to get any response. Finally much later Brian contacted me and said that the T shirt had been delivered to the wrong address. An honest neighbour brought it round. Again I tried to complain to both the delivery company and Wish. Finally I got an email from Wish saying I had been blocked. They said it was company policy and they couldn't unblock me. Exasperated I contacted Paypal which I had used for the payment to Wish. I explained the whole fiasco and Paypal gave me a voucher for £10 for all the aggravation.

How did you contact PayPal? There used to be phone numbers and email now I can't find either.
