Lulu owed me quite a bit this month. Then all I get is an email saying I just got paid $25. I was sorely upset to say the least. Then half an hour later I get another email with the rest. After I had already sent support an irate email. Anyone know what's going on? Why two payments? Me of all people should have more control over my temper but you can imagine my disappointment getting the first email.

No - I also got two separate emails
I have added a very popular book to my list this year but my payouts continue to dwindle.
I just don't trust the company any longer at this stage and I will soon be migrating my books elsewhere

How do the two emails relate to the info in the sales report you can download?
My single email matches exactly my sales and expected payment.

Not sure but I usually only get one email from PayPal. Back when the update started we got two payments one month to catch them up on some mistake accounting had made. Not sure. My report had a certain amount and I got one email saying I got paid $26. I was pretty upset. Then ten minutes later I get another one for the rest of the amount reported. It also appears that they didn't take out taxes on this amount or the amount reported reflected the taxes taken out. They did that for awhile after the update then switched it back. So I don't know. But I see I'm not the only one that got two payments today.

I get one email early this morning for only $26. Half an hour later I get another one for the rest of the amount I was owed. So two payments. |

Something to add is that I found some sales in my report that were up to one year old. Just now getting added to my report. I had ten books from that long ago. So maybe the two payments are getting Lulu caught up or something.
