I have written to Lulu 3 times about the fact that I've received my book and it has a torn cover. They keep responding thus----
"Your ticket has now been marked Resolved. If you believe that the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email to automatically reopen the ticket.

Again I have responded saying "in what way has my problem been resolved," I have asked Lulu for the book to be replaced. What should I do if they again respond with the above email?

Good news from Lulu. I finally received this email---- Date: Fri, 23 Apr 2021 17:44 Hello Elizabeth,
Thank you for contacting Lulu support. My name is Abigaile, and I will be happy to assist you.
We're so sorry that your book arrived with damage to the cover. I've ordered a replacement for your original Lulu order and it will be shipped via Express after printing.
This is a replacement order and you have not been charged again.
This new order was created under your Lulu account. It will be listed on your Order History page, and you should be able to check its status and tracking information there.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please let me know.

Yes, I was happy that Lulu finally replied potet. Now I await the replacement and then if the cover is not torn I will order some copies for my family. The inside of the book was fine.
