Last month, a new Dashboard became available for all StreetLib users. A renewed, personal area with plenty of functions that will allow you to easily and quickly access all StreetLib tools and apps, and to have a detailed overview of the progress of your publishing business.
You can switch from the old to the new work environment, and vice versa, with a simple click! If you haven't done so yet, we remind you that to access the new Dashboard you just have to click on the top right icon Try the new dashboard.
Brief guide to The New StreetLib Dashboard
Initial overview
After logging in you will have an overview of the trend of temporary sales over the past thirty days. At the top right, we've added the new Profile section which is useful to enter or change your personal data.
Scrolling through the page, you'll find two charts: one is organized by sold Quantities, Revenues, and Units; the other by Formats.
To keep track of sales and distribution trends over time, we've added the ability to compare data with that of the previous period.
News section and new side-menu
In the middle section of the page, just below the sales charts, you'll find a direct link to the StreetLib blog.
On the right, we have put the new section dedicated to the management of your catalog. By clicking on + Add content you will access our apps to create new articles, publish and manage new ebooks, audiobooks, or print editions.
By clicking on Write, Distribute, Print you'll gain direct access to the platforms designed, respectively, to write, distribute and manage paper editions.
The Publication History lists the latest articles added or edited and the different formats in which they are available.
New Analytics
Our improved Analytics tool now allows you to manage and analyze your earnings in a practical and functional way. You can find the tool on the new menu on the left-hand side.
On the page, you'll find different charts and tables so you can monitor sales sorted by format, business model, stores, title, category, and many more.
The Performance Chart will be placed at the top and organized by Revenues, Units, and Quantities; scroll through the page and you'll be able to view your revenues either by Format or Business Model.
The handy chart view organizes data into rankings by Store, Title, Category, Top Authors, Languages, Publishers, and more. You can view the details of each ranking by clicking on the line you are interested in.
If you keep scrolling, you'll find the section View by Unit which gives you information about the units that have received one or more transactions and View by Transactions that provides you with details about single purchases from your catalog.
For each of these views, you can check the Details and download the data in csv format (and soon also in XLSX format).
New feature save filter and save data
In addition to the main parameters (revenues, quantities sold, units) and the date filter at the top, the new Analytics offers you different types of filters to organize the data according to your needs.
Once you set a filter, all charts and views on the page are organized and updated based on the filters you set. You will have the possibility to save your filters with custom parameters and activate them whenever you want.
To save a filter simply click Save after setting the benchmarks.
To activate a filter already saved click on Manage and select the preferred filter. From the Manage section, you can also edit the name, copy or delete a saved filter.
Another development is the Compare with function that allows you to compare the data shown with your selected reference period. The Compare with function can be set from the date filter selector.
You can switch from the old to the new work environment, and vice versa, with a simple click! If you haven't done so yet, we remind you that to access the new Dashboard you just have to click on the top right icon Try the new dashboard.
