My latest ebook is still not on Amazon or Apple. It was published 2/11/2021. Three tickets in about it and nothing. Anyone had any luck? I'm worried sending another notice will just delay it. It's actually selling on Google Play so I know those who have read my earlier books in the series might like to get this one too. But most are from Amazon. So it's a no go so far.

I heard from them on 4/20 regarding a ticket I had opened regarding an issue with Amazon. They seem to be working the issues as they can. In my case, Amazon is the problem and they require Lulu to be the interface. They are still waiting on action by Amazon.

Ok thanks. I heard from Gilda like six weeks ago. She said she was contacting Amazon again. But so far nothing.

The problem is Amazon - they stopped paying my royalties on Ancient Beliefs and Customs of the Tagalogs in October! I complained with Lulu. Lulu answered within a couple of days, revealing that my book (35€) was not expensive enough for Amazon, suggesting I used the Lulu price calculator. It came up with 53€+. As a consequence I withdrew all my titles from global distribution, and now only sell them on the Lulu bookstore.

In the medium term, however, I would consider serving other channels again. There are online calculators for this from various providers. Personally, I would: - sell as much as possible directly (as you do) - additional books through other channels (with a smaller margin)
Since you already have the PDF, the effort is minimal, as many use exactly the same sizes.

Most probably because they use identical machines if not the same printing companies.

I don't think its Amazon's problem.
I've been trying to get a book REMOVED for 15 weeks, and Lulu repeatedly claims that they are "looking into it" and that it is Amazon's fault (ignoring that I'm having issues with multiple retailers). They went as far as to claim that it was not them selling it on Amazon, and I needed to file for copyright infringement. Now, Amazon won't really talk to you if you aren't the publisher/distributor, but when I brought up "copyright infringement" they did confirm that it was Lulu selling it and it has not been properly retired.
My thoughts: there's a bug in the system from the 2020 update, and it's preventing Lulu's system from properly communicating with Amazon's. Instead of fixing this, they are putting the blame elsewhere. Maybe I'm wrong, this is just a guess, but I will tell you that I've had to repeatedly e-mail support to receive replies, and half of my questions go ignored.

They are competitors.

When I contacted Kobo today, they 1. confirmed that Lulu has not sent them any information regarding retirement yet and 2. temporarily made the titles unavailable for purchase while the issue is sorted out. All in under 2 hours. I have been contacting Lulu for 11 weeks about this issue.

They write to Amazon and their messages go unanswered. Seeming indifferent to your pain is better than announcing that the biggest distributor is in no hurry to respond to them. It's humiliating, and it would be the end of them.

Last July when Lulu Press again allowed end-users to retire books I retired the hardcover and softcover print versions of three books.
It's only within the last two to three weeks that the books in question started show temporarily out of stock at B&N. On Amazon during the same time frame the extra pushing-for-high-profit have disappeared, leaving only Amazon offering one copy of each [multiple copies no longer].
To be honest twelve to thirteen years ago back when I was doing system support, had I done my job the way the people behind last year's "weekend upgrade" did theirs I would have been looking for a new job so fast my head would have been spinning.
The reality is Lulu Press needs Amazon whereas the opposite isn't true.
