Having login issues anywhere

I couldn't log into a couple of sites yesterday. I accepted the username suggestion above my phone keyboard. It turns out it had a space afterward (which I couldn't see) .

So, in case you too are stumped, there you go: check for empty spaces. A small thing but prevents you from getting where you want to go.
