Independent Publishing Useful Terms

I was looking at my KDP sales and Didn't recognize the acronym EFT. I think it would be useful to add new terms as we learn them, for those who are starting out as self publishers.

EFT means electronic file transfer. Money goes from one bank to another.

I have probably seen this before in another context but never paid attention. Today I looked it up.
