Hello all - question - has anyone attempted to use the Lulu promotional pricing option that is now offered? I tried and the price change didn’t take effect. I was told by Lulu they are having tech issues with a distributor so any price changes whether done as a “regular” update or as selected for a promotional price time range will not feed over until resolved...

I'd go with that answer then. Keep checking back with them to see if there are any updates. Hopefully support has gotten better.

I'll admit, despite complaints I have read about from other Lulu authors, I have never had issues with customer service - they respond promptly to me either through their Facebook page, email, or (back in the day when they had the service) via online chats - even during their platform conversion which was such a mess. Lulu replied back again that they are still waiting on this new issue to be fixed, so not to attempt any further promotional pricing or price changing until resolved. Will just have to be patient once again...although this really delays some holiday sales I was hoping to launch...sigh!
