I am happy to join in these wishes for all who are celebrating or have celebrated something these days.
I just checked and saw that there are at least twenty-four different New Year's dates throughout the year (depending on culture and calendar).
In our family we celebrate Christmas Eve (on 24 December), Name Day (on 26 December), New Year's Eve (31 December), birthdays (1 and 14 January) and Epiphany with the carol singers (6 January). Then there is a break in celebrations until spring...
