I wanted to download the source files (text and cover) and the printing files (text and cover) of a booklet I wrote and published privately for an acquaintance and his family during the first half of 2020. The book (shown below) is still listed among my projects, but when I click on the buttons for the files mentioned above, nothing is displayed as though such files no longer existed. Have you experienced such a problem?  |

Have you experienced such a problem? View AttachmentIf the project was retired or set as Private the files no longer exist. I wrote to Lulu and even they did not have the files. You can try though. |

Thanks, Maggie. So, with Lulu, the status of a private book is different from that of a public book.

Thanks, Maggie. So, with Lulu, the status of a private book is different from that of a public book. Yes, your Private book will be deleted if you haven't bought a copy for a year. |
