It is as the thread title says
My Lulu page says that it still in global distribution but it's not listed any more on Amazon - and it is not on my Amazon author page.
Should I contact Lulu or Amazon?
I wonder what has happened.
The book is called "Wings Live" and was my best-selling book
Can anybody help?

I'd go with Amazon first, just to establish with them that there is an issue.
There is chance Amazon will then tell you that any requests for action must be instigated by the publisher, which in their eyes is LULU, NOT YOU. (Been there, done that.)
If Amazon will not investigate upon your request, then it will be time to light the fire under Lulu and have them initiate contact to Amazon. Copy your note from Amazon to them.
Just as an aside:
I had an issue with a corrupted cover image on Amazon, which was clearly Amazon's fault since the same image at other distributors was fine. Lulu tried to get them to solve the problem but it still took many months.

I tried to find it on Amazon too, even by author name, but nada...
It pops right up on Barnes & Noble though.

 thanks guys - I wonder why it went away for two days? Anyway, it is back now I will be publishing another book very soon but I have decided to use Kindle Direct Here is the cover. Hope you like it |

Constructive criticism, Adrian: Move the "1988-90" down to between "The World Tour" and the photo square. Superimposed on the picture of the earth it is obfuscated somewhat. It would look much better on the black space. |
