If you publish a book with explicit passages you just tick the corresponding box, and your book is not displayed in the Lulu bookstore. You have to click on the link to see such a book. Now I thought that to sell your porn to a selected public the best was to put it in the "direct" sale category. It's not a good idea because pornography is not allowed in such a sale channel. In brief, the best solution for a porn book is to leave it in the general distribution channel, and send the link to potential customers.

The difference between erotica and porn is basically erotica describes doing the deed while aspiring to art [there is a story with a plot] while pornography is essentially all about describing the physical act [there usually isn't much if any story involved] -- both are meant to be sexually stimulating.
One problem lies in the reality some readers will view anything even slightly erotic as objectionable.

Many sites reserve the right to remove porn (which is often in the eye of the beholder to what is porn or not) and some types are illegal. Most sites will remove it even if set to Private due to the latter. Unless it's a porn site of course, who don't seem to worry about legality.

I am trying it with a book I'll remove from distribution by the end of May. I contacted the few potential customers I still know, asking them to spread the news. So far only one has ordered a copy. This 740-page 6x9" book is a compilation of posts from a closed forum over a period of three years a decade ago. I, as the editor, wrote the foreword, made the index, organized the lay-out and created the cover. I corrected the texts whenever I came across a howler, but left the rest untouched. I added some public articles found on the internet to supply a context whenever necessary. I kept a few remarkable nudes, but removed all the others. For outsiders - to a certain extent - it is a historical document about a social phenomenon. For the insiders it is a trip down nostalgia lane. All the participants are now old men, and I suspect some are dead due to their grand old age when they wrote. One e-mailed me he was dying of cancer in Mexico, and had problems getting his medicine from the U.S. because of Mexican customs.

All things considered, my book is more erotica than pornography.

While not knowing the verbiage of the posts, your description of the book indicates the subject matter would qualify more as erotic / erotica than pornography [though again some people are overly sensitive].
Lulu Press used to have the box to tick if work included material and / or themes of an adult nature, which by definition can include anything from procreation and death to paying the bills or having a colonoscopy.

If I recall right, Amazon have age ranges to select. I think it explains what is considered (by them) what should go in which age group. Streaming services of TV and film and what not seem to have their own ideas, which often differs from book, music, game, and movie ratings. For example what Netflix says is suitable for over 12s is quite remarkable. Differing from most free TV channel services I think.
