Not been here in awhile but today lulu screwed me once again. As you know I retired my accounts last year. All books removed and cancel payment addresses too. Got my last tax form from them in Jan. Well guess what? Today I get a paypal payment of $105 to a closed paypal account. Not a single once since last year. Now I'll get yet another tax form possibly causing me to lose retirement benefits. I'm so pissed off. I wrote lulu and of course got the "this case now resolved." Wrote them five times before the auto reply stopped. Is there anyway at all of removing all information from their site? So tired of their screwups. As an after though miss you guys and the book world. Miss the conversations and learning from everyone.
