Two pages are showing up completely blank in Lulu's preview option. Is this an error on their end? Or is there some sort of fix that I need to do to the PDF itself?

I'm not 100% sure I understand your question, but I can toss out there that sometimes there are pages in MSWord that do not appear in editing mode since they are added by the section. When converted to PDF they DO show as blank pages. So, if you are using Word, be sure to check your PDF. It will show as the printed book will show.
I hope that helps. It's all I've got.

It adds blank pages, say, if it's set to start at one. Always select Continue from Previous. Start from the beginning then go to each new Section. Good luck.

I thought Lulu had done away with the Spotlight Preview tool, or do you mean the previews as shown in the Wizards as you progress through it? I have never noticed Word's page number tools adding pages. New pages do. Run out of space on a page, Word will open another and if page numbering is selected it will add a number to that page. Page Breaks will create a blank page, which you often cannot see in Word, but you can in a Wizard Preview.

BTW. You do not say where the unexpected blank pages are.
