Generally the price the author has to pay for a copy of his own book is the same as cost. Yet, today for a copy of my private book Ang. "Town" (664 p), they are different, and Lulu made me pay the higher price (27.75€).

Lulu support was quick and responsive. A few hours after my ticket, I received this answer. Kudos to Lulu.

Interesting. It's as if it treated you as not being logged on to your account.

You were charged 'retail', the price you have set to sell it at? not the Cost price to yourself when logged in.
