Until about two months ago, after I had placed an order with Lulu, I immediately received an e-mail acknowledging the order - a sort of invoice with the picture(s) of the cover(s) and the amounts charged. Then, when the order was manufactured, I used to receive a second e-mail informing me that the parcel had been posted.
Now I receive neither of these e-mails.
I placed a ticket with Lulu. They informed me today that: "We have not found any issues in our settings that would be causing this issue. I recommend reaching out to We have not found any issues in our settings that would be causing this issue.
By "the administrators of the domain that you are currently using", do they mean the French printer?
Do you still receive the two e-mails?

They mean the administrators of your internet and email service. They are suggesting that perhaps there is a setting restricting emails their system thinks might be spam. (Check your spam folder too, by the way.)
And, yes, I still get the emails.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I still get the emails too. However, Potet, I've had instances over the years where I don't get sent emails. Apparently it is something in my internet provider's set up that for some reason it won't let email's from certain parties to get through to my inbox.

For most of the time I have been with Lulu their email system has always been faulty. I reported it a few times, they later said, fixed the problem, but it made no difference.

It was mostly email notifications from their forum that refused to function, but I rarely got discount emails.

Lulu discount e-mails are weekly. I receive one at the beginning of every week. This week, it was 15%.

Well, as I said, discount emails often seem to be sent out after you have bought something off them. All I buy are rare proofs, which I have not bought for 3 years!

For my latest order last week, I received no Lulu ackowledging e-mail, but I did receive the Lulu e-mail announcing the shipping of the parcel three days ago, followed by the Post-Office e-mail two days ago announcing delivery for Friday July 21. The parcel was delivered at my door a moment ago.

Today (2023-07-26), for the first time in several weeks, Lulu e-mailed me the confirmation of my order immediately after I placed it.
