I bought a copy of my pornographic novel in English A Yag's Diaries last week (2023-08-10). I received it today (2023-08-17), and the result is flawless. I rushed to the Lulu site to approve the book, but, to my surprise Lulu is asking me to buy another copy in view of activating global distribution as though the present copy did not exist. Obviously a glitch. I have placed a ticket begging Lulu to correct it.

Hey I just tried to revise a book, for the first time in months, that has been on global distribution for the past year. The last times I revised it, it allowed me to approve the copy only a few hours after the order and now it’s been two days without allowing me to approve the copy, so I feel I might experience the same thing.

I don't have my ticket now. I used the standard format for it, with the project number and its ISBN. I added a screen capture of the display of the project with the warning that I need to buy a copy. I also sent a screen capture of the Lulu invoice e-mail telling I had ordered my copy. In the comment I simply asked the Lulu help to make Lulu acknowledge my already having a copy, and let me approve global distribution. When selecting the service in charge I vaguely remember it was simply "Lulu" > "Global distribution". Finally I clicked "I am not a robot". I hope this helps.

The publication does not appear to be in a draft state and I can see that you have purchased a proof copy. When reviewing the project I do see you have an "Approve Proof Copy" button that appears on your project.
Once this button is hit your publication will be submitted into our global distribution network. As for the cover image in the preview, sometimes the system may take sometime to load the cover image into the previewer. in these cases it can take time for the previewer to catch up. Generally logging out and back in can fix this issue or waiting an hour or so can do the trick. If it still does not appear, I would recommend to upload the file again if these occurs in the future!
