Hi all,
Amazon has removed the kindle versions of some of my Lulu ebooks. These I had made as a free download some while back. I contacted Amazon about this and they said I would have to contact the publishing source. I also found that Amazon no longer allows freebies on their site last year when I tried to make my latest free. At that time I noticed that on the Lulu publishing process you now have to set a minimum price for Amazon to accept. This I did with my latest ebook and successfully got it onto Amazon and all other online outlets.
So I assumed the reason Amazon had taken down my previous free ebooks is because these didn’t meet the minimum price criteria. I have since been back on My Projects, reviewed the ebooks pricing and set the minimum price required to meet all online selling outlets – including Amazon. It’s been about 10 weeks since I did this and they still haven’t appeared back on Amazon.
Outside of me raising a support ticket with Lulu, can anyone tell me why Amazon might not have put them back on?
Thanks in advance x

Very simple. If Amazon cannot earn enough with a book of yours, either they won't carry it or, as happened to me three years ago, they will sell it, but pay you no royalties.

Thanks in advance x I cannot recall what it is called, but an option on KDP is to place ebooks for free in a section specifically for that. But I think they have to be published at KDP, which is easy enough using their guide. This is where they appear www.amazon.co.uk/b?node=21173577031 and I think there's a pot of dosh shared out each year.
