Last week I wanted to buy a copy of the second volume of my grand-parents' biography because I had rewritten a paragraph about a UFO. It's a private book, and I wanted to take advantage of the 15% rebate available from Monday July to Friday 12.
I entered my cart and began the purchasing process. Now, when I clicked on the button "Choose Delivery Method", nothing happened. I refreshed, but I was stuck again at that stage.
I placed a ticket, which was acknowledged,and given number 5888119. Later, Lauren from Lulu, contacted me, saying the problem was solved. I returned to my cart. The problem was not solved. Clicking on "Choose Delivery Method" did not take me to the following stage.
I answered Lauren's e-mail telling her the problem was not solved, but my e-mail bounced.
Lauren contacted me the day after asking irrelevant questions.
I concluded she could not solve the problem and in so far as I couldnt communicate with her it was useless to insist, so today, Sunday July 14, I cancelled the order, now deprived of the 15% discount.
I'll my luck another time.
