Changed password and was able to log in, but tried again just now and usual response, password not recognised. This is becoming irritating. I'm not prepared to change my password every time I want to acess Lulu. I was able to log in to Lulu but then couldn't access my account. Irritating and frustrating.

Has anybody got any clues when all the data transfers will be completed? I can see some of my ebooks have come across, but none of my POD. And I have no clue what the Projects data is meant to be doing.
The Author's Spotlight looks terrible and has lost links to my blogs.

Has anybody got any clues when all the data transfers will be completed? I'm afraid no one can really say that. It's believed that the Lulu people are working on it constantly. The most likely person to have a clue is paul, who is kind enough to give us a hint now and then.
An indication could be the large discount of 20%, the validity of which was always slightly extended.

The issues also include setting a new price for older projects with print books. Having the retail discount removed makes a paperback that once showed at a reasonable price on Amazon as well as the Lulu bookstore due to the discount as now being uber-expensive. Yet at this point in time from what the Lulu Press software is indicating I need to go through almost the entire process again before I can change that price back to something reasonable.
Since per Paul the current cover designer is at best mediocre and a new one isn't going online in the immediate future, having to go back through the process in order to just change the price is pointless.
I'm not updating broken links to my direct access projects on my website simply due to the fact that at present there's no guarantee something else won't go sideways during the continuing data migration.
That large discount on print books is pretty much worthless if all people see is prices we can't change without screwing things up even worse.

With all the problems we are having with Lulu I think some people might start making their books in Amazon.

With all the problems we are having with Lulu I think some people might start making their books in Amazon. My print on demand books have been pushed by Lulu through to Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Ingram (and presumably through them to other outlets in many countries), but my problem with those distributors is the price gouge they take. My sales price uses the Lulu calculator to calculate my margin. For a $19.99 print book, say, I make a couple of bucks through Amazon and the other major distributors, but $10 thereabouts if I get the sale through Lulu. Lulu take the print cost and their margin and I get everything else. But the big players take the print cost, their margin (which is huge), and of course Lulu still take their cut. EDIT: and now, overnight, all of my books have suddenly shown up! So that's a step in the right direction. Annoying though, because the Authors Page doesn't show the prices... so that's still a bit rubbish. I wonder if that will change?

It really is a shame that this is happening (and the pandemic doesn't help either). Like many I've been using Lulu for over ten (10) years and now with this new update it seems to have been flushed down the matrix drainpipe. It take almost 5-10 times to sign in before it allows me thru. Most of the links are broken or says a published book is 'pending'. Two weeks of waiting...

It's nice to have this message board where we can "compare notes" about our experiences with the Lulu site change.
All my books seem to be visible now, and can be found using the "looking glass" search on title or author, and they have have their cover images now, but two of those cover images are still truncated.
Since re-setting my password (which I wouldn't have known to try if someone here hadn't mentioned it!) I've been able to log in okay, and I can fsee my books listed in My Projects, although only about half of them have their cover images.
For me the most unsettling thing is when I view the "Sales" pages it says "No Sales Data". So all the sales history is gone, and they don't seem to be reporting new sales. In the old days, about the 5th or 6th of each month, the slaes from Amazon B&N, etc., would show up, but I wonder if that will happen. If they completely stop showing sales (that I know are taking places on Amazon, etc.), that will make things difficult. Hopefully they get things working.

Things are still not working. Now I'm finding out people have brought my books and there is no record on lulu. What a mess this is.
