Poor support! I had to open six tickets. I publish them here, as well as the answers as soon as I get one.
So, if you have the same question, you do not need to open a ticket too. (By the way I could ask to close a ticket from last week, as French African ISBN now finally works well, at least one good thing.) 2. From the 5 books showing up in my account, only 2 are have an "add to cart" button, the others only one to "revise". > Will you import the missing parts as e.g. pdf in the next days or have I to do that?

Today, I got an e-mail from support - a general one, telling that this kind of problem is now resolved. In my spotlight, 12 books are still missing. In my account 18 have an add to chart button. Why only 7 are available? I wil tell you, what happens next.

I've noted a few errors in a recently published book and want to make corrective edits. The original was uploaded using MS Word and a lulu template. It appears that there is no way, other than uploading a PDF to achieve those edits. Also, the cover doesn't show up on my "project" for the book. It did have a professionally designed cover, albeit with a spelling error. Does anyone know if Lulu is addressing these sorts of issues with the new website? If not, I'll just hand my files over to another publisher. Lulu is taking a long time to fix something that shouldn't have needed more than a few tweaks after going live.
