After changing password as advised by an admin, I was able to log into Lulu yesterday, even though I had to try several times. Now I'm unable to log in as it's showing wrong password. Sent yet another message to the admins. Two weeks ago, I published a new novel and have received my copies, but it's showing on Amazon UK as temporarily out of stock. How can that be? Grrr.

Grrr. Last I recall if you did Global Reach it took about six weeks after you approved the proof copy of a book for it to show as in stock on Amazon.
I did hardback versions of three releases like a year ago and checking Lulu's system today after seeing only one is on Amazon. One book is still pending "quality review", and one book says I need to order a proof. I have proof copies of all three books sitting in the back room, so some of the issues with the prior system don't look to have been resolved with the new one.
It might be best to wait until next week to check on things because it may not get any better until then. Hopefully they'll get the password situation sorted out.

I did try to revise a price and unless I'm a microcephalic the new system doesn't allow for a price change without stepping through the whole book creation process, which is clunky as hell.
So much for new and improved functionality.

I wanted to approve a revision on Monday but, of course, I have been unable to do so. Upon reading Hulsey's note I checked on amazon and I see that that particular work shows as "temporarily out of stock" too. Grrrr...
I'm losing faith. This is day 6 or 7 of what was implied to be a 1-day switch-over.
