I note that the only way I could log in to the old Lulu forum when it had its troubles last year was with this old Android and its native browser. I now note that the new Lulu main page will not even display with it. Zero. Zip. Just a white screen.
(That's h t t p s : / / w w w . l u l u . c o m)
Yes, I have cleared cache and cookiesto no avail. Android Firefox works though.
Yet another bug to be aware of.

Interesting... my login does work OK on Android.
When I go to my projects pages, the display is reduced. No covers are shown, because they are not being displayed on that small screen. Same effect is on a desktop PC (in Chrome) when resizing the browser window to a narrow strip - then the (defective) cover thumbnails disappear.
Also when searching for my books, they do appear for sale, correctly with cover images.
Have not done anything else yet with the mobile on Lulu.

Good! I'm glad it works for you and others. My Android device is very old and that may be the issue.
Interestingly, last night and this morning I tried to access h t t p s : / / w w w . l u l u . c o m using Internet Explorer 10 on Win7 and I get the same result: just a blank white screen with no words or images. Useless. Everything works fine with Firefox on both the old Android and also Win7.

Had problems in this regard too. On my laptop, Lulu is just a white screen when using Google Chrome. I downloaded Mozilla Firefox and can access the site through that. One of many problems since this site overhaul :/

I am usually using Google Chrome, on Windows 10, with the latest updates. There the Lulu site works ok.
The fact that it apparently does not work in Windows 7 with IE 10 indicates that Lulu.com have used some new HTML / Javascript that is only supported on new browsers / devices. They should have tested their new site for compatibility. Another thing that their web team has not considered ....

Extended support for Windows 7 ended back in January, meaning per MicroSoft that OS is carrion, hence the team Lulu Press used not checking backwards compatibility.

There is no Lulu at all with the native browserr of Android 4.4.2. No main page. No bookstore. No links to books. As far as old Android is concerned, Lulu no longer exists (unless you install Firefox).

I use a Kindle Fire android with the fairly elderly Silk browser. I can see the Lulu pages okay, I can see the print costs but not the sale prices I've set, and all of my print books say distribution is held pending review - and one of my titles wants me to order another proof copy but I have no idea why - unless the format has been superceded. Which is possible but really hard to confirm.

Extended support for Windows 7 ended back in January, meaning per MicroSoft that OS is carrion, hence the team Lulu Press used not checking backwards compatibility. That means: Microsoft does no more support Windows 7. As there are still a lot of devices with Windows 7 running on earth, every shop keeper who wants to sell goods (e.g. books) to its clients support it still. In January 2020, the market share of Windows 7 was still 27%, following this source, and 25% in Mai. Do we can imagine, that Lulu wants to drop sales by 25% in it's book shop? I don't hope so.
And still 1,5% Windows XP. This people are readers too...

Lulu no longer works with Chrome, just a white screen on my laptop. But it does work with Firefox and Mypal. Day 5 and still locked out of my account, I cannot access the Projects Overview page.
