...when it becomes possible / safe to revise / approve our books?
I assume it must be soon.
Thank you!

It's beginning to look like you shouldn't hold your breath to hear anything before Monday, the 11th.

Thank you! If you've published something new, just publish and approve as you're ready. And if you want to revise an existing book that's fine too. What you should avoid is revising a book that was fine and is missing some piece like a cover thumbnail. Every single file is still on our servers. But there are literally millions upon millions of them. So if you're seeing something weird, I advise to hold off and/or send a support ticket in. If you see a book that you have in distribution and it looks like it's not now, you can rest easy. If your status isn't showing that a project is in distro but it should be, that's the status not displaying correctly. It doesn't mean we took down your book or anything like that. Of course there will be some outliers. Millions of files. So if something seems really off, just get a support ticket in our system.

Basically what you're saying is at some unknown point in the future things should be all kumbaya.
My account has seen cover thumbnails disappear as your migration has continued, but there's no point entering a ticket as you suggest since your support system is already overloaded.
Per your statement, "millions upon millions" of files. You're not inspiring any confidence.

I have around 20 books that I unretired a month ago. The site shows them still pending? And they are still not for sale on Amazon except by Abe books. My last two books are missing ISBN's and copyright data. It wants me to revise them? It's asking to give me a new number and it's got one already. Still got one cover messed up. From I have seen of the cover creator it's not usable. See no point of trying to publish anything until the cover creator is rebuilt or working correctly. How long is that going to take?

Would be nice if we could revise. I tried one and it wasn't showing my ISBN, and wanted me to use a new. Not it's a draft which I can't delete. Another book is also missing info left blank. One cover on it's page is corrupt. Support sent me four emails Sunday morning. None of which helped. Been watching the site all day till 1:40am Monday still no changes to any problems and still no revenue showing. People are leaving like flies. Cover creator is going to be a huge hindrance. The templates are incorrect. One guy took his business to KDP because his books were printed and cut way out of margin because of the templates. And many people dont have Photoshop or software to create cover pdf's to use in the new site. It's so screwed up.

But one my books is missing completely off of Amazon. It's been there over three years. It sells and I didn't retire it. If you've published something new, just publish and approve as you're ready.
