Is anyone able to access their sales or spotlight? I actually managed to log in but no sales showing, not even all time. All cover images missing too. Any news yet?

I still see no sales information, past or current. However, someone posted a comment on Facebook yesterday saying their sales information finally appeared, so maybe there's hope.
When I view My Projects, only about half of the cover images appear, and one of them says "pending approval" even though it has been in distribution for a long time. Hopefully these things will clear up once they get things populated.

As lockdown finished here this morning and I started to work outside the home office, the answer from someone else: A facebook user tells that all 285 of his titles have made the migration to the bookstore. There are about 6 glitches...
NEXT ISSUE: All of the prices have changed, and he cannot make any sense out of this. Some cost more, some cost less. They do not seem to be related at all to his list prices. He asks if anybody has any answers? Did they post the algorithm anywhere?
ALSO... How can he change these prices without having to order 100+ books and pay for them?
The latest news from Lulu at facebook are from May, 8th. Everything newer is user generated content.Newest entry 11 minutes ago: "We are still migrating data, but we have been working around the clock to make sure that we complete the migration process and resolve all complications that we hav experienced with this launch quickly as we can."

As my account is still considered as "deactivated", and as I still received any answer from Lulu Support, no, sorry, no news...

And on a happy note, one of my books has somehow been reverted to draft status without me making or saving any changes.
It would appear Lulu Press wants to run off the riffraff.

It would seem that Lulu have a long way to go to get it right.

There is a new status on Facebook. It repeats exactly the same thing as the previous one, which itself was deleted with all the comments. Nothing new. Lulu is slowly dying.

My books are still on Amazon. Lulu put them there and I had Lulu's ISBN numbers. With the problems Lulu is having I thought they might disappear from Amazon but all is OK on that front------so far!

The only way I can access Lulu is to chamnge my password every time. Even then, my sales data has vanished along with my cover photos and spotlight. Sigh...

I don't think the issues with Lulu Press' "upgrade" are going to get resolved very soon. Having just submitted my initial help ticket, the generic part of the auto-response hasn't changed as it indicates the upgrade only happened last Saturday even though it was two weeks ago.
The lack of professionalism is pretty underwhelming.

I hate to say it, but I think this "upgrade" could be the end for Lulu.
I wonder how many loyal customers they have lost already? They will be leeching even more every day this sorry mess lags on.

Keep an one them. One of my books on Amazon is missing. I didn't do it...Seven case supports sent in. Weeks and no changes. I can't work on anything. Last two books are in draft which can't be deleted or removed. The were published already and I was I could revise them no problem. Still have corrupt cover, no sales report, which I'm not trusting ever again. Many are getting them and saying they owe lulu money? I've asked Lulu to fix the drafts so I can buy a proof and move on. Still nothing, no response email wise. I'd say they've lost half of their business. Sad thing is they act like they don't care. Same updates word for word. Taking three days to do so. No apologies, no mention of compensation for all the time and loss we've had. They need to get their crap together or just call bankruptcy and get it over with.

They do care, of course.
It is all about a saving-face PR exercise that looks more dismissive as time drags on.
If I was them, I'd sack the web design team tomorrow and say "sorry, we got it wrong" "Here is 30% reduction on all orders for a whole month". "We are reverting back to the old website".

The interesting part is Paul logs in here, reads a bit, then logs out without commenting.
It should be obvious the PR CYA game isn't working, and the lack of any comment makes it appear there isn't a solution in sight.
Kind of hard to be the bearer of good news when there isn't much to bear.

It's probably a very good way of gauging public opinion and feeding back to his bosses. I suspect everybody here is quite serious about what they do and are long-term Lulu customers, so it will be instructive to know how we are feeling and if there seems to be move towards competitors in the self-publishing world.
