Unfortunately the reality isn't synching up with the hype.

No Lulu representative has made an update there since April 28, 2020 at 3:47 pm, when he said to visit their Facebook page, which is not something most people would ever do. That is SILENCE.

Which could be part of the reason behind Lulu Press getting rid of its fora, in part to instill silence when things like upgrades go into the crapper.

The latest comment on Pauls blog was on May11. The last response by Paul was April 29th. Is it worth asking questions there?

Paul is a copywriter, meaning his primary job would be affiliated with Sales / Marketing, with a side order of PR, so as far as asking questions on his blog or on the company FaceBook page there is no point since it's becoming evident the sound of crickets is the preferred method of conveying updates.

so as far as asking questions on his blog This allows you to contact Paul safely, but the comments have to be unlocked manually. He will certainly read the comment. But the hurdles seem to be quite high for unlocking them.

It works with Firefox on Win7. It doesn't work with IE10 on Win7. It probably won't work with an older Android and Chrome either.

Thanks. Finally I copied the link above and pasted it in Google Chrome. Paul's vlog is interesting. I subscribed to it.

I think if Paul had linked his blog in FaceBook many might have understood the cover creator much better. After I saw it in action his way, I love it. It's like the one at KDP I think. Still difficult for some from the old way but this new one is so much better as far as letting you what the book is going to actually look like. His blog made me feel more at ease. Still upset and waiting but feel a little better. I have been wrong before though

That's not so much a company decision as my own. I don't think it serves anyone to answer there and I'm not a member of Lulu's customer support team, so I'm not really equipped to answer technical or account based questions.

Thank you for answering my question Paul. I want to continue with Lulu as I have investigated so many other POD services and I like Lulu the best. However there are still some problems on my site at Lulu and I await a response from customer support. I am not in a rush however and am prepared to be patient. Hopefully all will be right soon.
